The staff was super helpful and nice. we couldn’t find hotel by address, i dont know why navigation guide us to the wrong place, so receptionist guide us by phone all the way. It is 10 min to Treviso airport, so it is perfect choice if you need to stay before flight. I liked pool and great servise by the pool. Also we really enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Despite being outdated, I want to congratulate the team for extraordinary cleanliness, it is simply amazing how they keep it clean and neat. Also the lady at the breakfast is kind and nice. Parking is free and right in front of the property, which is not common nowadays.
It really needs renovation.

Our waiter at the dinner was super friendly and helpful. Dinner selection was interesting and good
Room was stuffy and had poor aircondition.

The hotel was clean and the rooms of an acceptable nature. The Staff were good and the hotel management has apologised for the shortcomings during our stay which is a good thing. They are planning to change many of the things we pointed out as issues so this should be lauded.
We had many issues which the Hotel Management has promised to rectify going forward so we hope that they do this so that future guests can appreciate what is a nice hotel in a decent location.
