Argos Hotel

Location. Clean. Staff. Swimming pool.

The location was way too noisy. Music pumping from a nearby club until 2am. Not the hotels fault, but not much fun either.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool area and the old town is full of character. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

The beds are definitely very firm and there is a night club near by.

I loved being in the old town. I loved having my room next to the pool. It is beautiful room spacious, clean, wonderful. I thought the breakfast was fabulous. The Concierge Concierge was wonderful was able to check in early and when I moved rooms because of I was joining a tour group was able to move from one room directly to the other room. It was fabulous. The staff worked very much to make it a great experience.

What I didn't like about the property was that it was situated near a nightclub and the music started at around eight and it went to two to 4 o'clock in the morning and when I moved to another room, I was on the street, which was very very noisy and once again, the music throbbing wonderful if you were 20 and out clubbing, but not if you were trying to sleep

The location was excellent within the historic old town (Kaleiçi). Although quite gentrified, the old town is still beautiful and manages to retain its old-world charm, and the property is right in the center of it, with all amenities and attractions within walking distance. The property was relatively well-maintained and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was OK, the pool was small but good, and the staff were very helpful.

The WiFi was poor or not working most of the time. Eventually ended up using data from phone. The staff did try to fix the issue, but to no avail.
