The staff were all so lovely. Comfy bed and the breakfast was so good. Best scrambled eggs ever. Also loved the massage and spa
Wi-fi wasn’t the best but didn’t ruin the stay
8 / 10Doskonały·wrz 2026
Availability of pool sauna jacuzzi and hot tub
Food was exceptional and varied any changes you wanted to make were performed by the chefs no problem
Tranquil ideal for relaxation
Pool needed cleaning a grease coating on blue tiles i was able to scrap off with my nails.
Slippers and bath robes only suitable for small people.
Shower in room needed more power.
Pillows could have been firmer.
Service charge on every item.

The facilities were good
The room was far from sound proof. We could hear the couple next to us, their convocations and was woken up by their shower and hair dryer at 6am, which isn’t relaxing for a spa.
We booked this place for the massage offered in the advertising. Upon arrival we were told there were no massages available with no explanation.
