Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Food was also good, fairly priced and served fresh and warm.
Rooms whilst clean, could do with a refit. Room 317 an executive room, although the carpet in the corner had large holes in it, black out blind was missing as was the fridge. I was moved to another room when i highlighted these, room 322, again the black out blind was missing. Double glazing is bad, still hear noise and traffic outside even being 3 floors up. Room my sister was in had no handle on her window to open.

It was very comfy, some of the staff were great and really accommodating but one staff in particular a older lady with blonde hair was rude and arrogant as soon as we tried to check in we just wanted to know about early check in and it’s like she didn’t want to talk to us but we waited and got checked in by an amazing gentlemen
Wrote above, was clean however quite loud at times cause of the traffic outside but otherwise okay some staff weren’t pleasant
