The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (one block) to Pisa Centrale station, and immediately adjacent to the city centre. I found the room to be clean, the bed to be comfortable, and the staff to be super responsive and accommodating. I was only in Pisa for about 18 hours, but this hotel made it the best possible stay.
It can be loud at night, but that's street life and not the fault of the hotel.

Not much other than the room and bathroom were clean and great location for the station
No reception other than in the morning, need a code to get into the hotel! Double bed was like two camp beds put together, pillows rock hard! Coffee and tea provided but no milk and no one around to ask for any! Breakfast not great at all! Advertises a bar, but there is no one around during the day or night if you fancy a drink, everything its locked up and in darkness! Would be an okay base if priced correctly but for €460 for 2 nights its a joke!
