The breakfast was excellent, and the lady in charge very friendly and attentive. The location of the Dragon is excellent; for shopping, walking to Swansea Bay, and getting to the railway station.
The room was clean, but the furniture in the room was battered and stained, and the carpets in the hotel were worn and unattractive.

Despite some of the mixed reviews, I was really surprised by the Dragon Hotel! It had everything we needed, a brilliant central location, on-site parking, really welcoming staff and comfy beds. The room was cleaned daily too, which was a nice touch. Great value for the location and I’d definitely stay again!

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and waitress at breakfast was superb. Location is good. TV was of a good size and standard.
The receptionist on arrival was sullen. we could hardly hear her. We were on 6th floor, and only one of the two lifts worked, and that one wasn't reliable. On entering the room there was a strong smell of bleach. We returned from a show about 9-15 at night, hoping to have a drink in the bar but it was closed.
