Loved the breakfasts and evening meals, the room was ideal and the staff were so friendly, enjoyed the downstairs room leading out on to car park and garden. A little pool if we fancied a swim, lovely to see Jersey cows and fields of tomatoes, as backing on to countryside.
Not really a dislike but a request please. As we had a dog friendly room, it would have been nice to be able to eat meals with our dog present, as we have stayed places where it was the opposite, could have the dog for meals but not in the room. If the weather is hot have to be careful about leaving pets in vehicles.

The best doggie hotel weve ever stayed at.
The staff were really helpful and our room with a patio door overlooking the gardens and swimming pool was prefect for our dog. Thanks particularly to the cleaning team .
The location was superb,
We arrived after dark and found it difficult to locate. Better signage from the road would be helpful.

The hotel is very good and the breakfast was good but could benefit from fresh fruit instead of tinned fruit. Dinner was a slight problem being a 2-course or 3-course menu of the day. There was a bar menu but with restricted times and no lunch service. Overall good but just these issues. The staff were great, very friendly and professional. The local bus stops are right outside so travel to Gorey (or a 20 minute walk) or St Helier by public transport was very good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming
Overall it’s in a state of disrepair, some rooms are unacceptable and there are areas which appear to have started renovation work which has been abandoned
