Our stay was made truly exceptional by Naim. She went above and beyond in every possible way and was extraordinarily helpful, accommodating and kind. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine care were remarkable, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She anticipated our needs and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Naim represents hospitality at its very finest and is an enormous credit to the hotel. I sincerely hope her outstanding service is recognised — she deserves the highest praise.

The beach and the view are great

The least private and most disappointing stay we had in Thailand We booked a Private Pool Ocean Villa expecting a peaceful and private stay. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite, and the lack of privacy significantly affected our stay. 1. Outdoor shower with no privacy We stayed in villa 163, where the shower is located outside the bungalow and is openly visible to site workers and potentially other people. We were not informed about this in advance and felt extremely uncomfortable using the shower. For a villa marketed as a private accommodation, this was very disappointing. 2. Construction work and constant noise There was an active construction site right next to our villa, with workers and construction noise throughout the day. In other hotels, we have always been informed about major construction works before arrival, allowing us to make an informed decision or change our dates. Unfortunately, we received no such information here. 3. Do Not Disturb sign was ignored On two separate occasions, hotel staff came to our villa despite the Do Not Disturb sign being clearly displayed. This is particularly concerning when staying in a private villa where privacy should be a priority. 4. Gardeners working around our pool Gardeners repeatedly came to work directly next to our villa and pool during our stay. Again, this made it difficult to feel that we had any real privacy. Overall, this was the least private experience we had during our entire trip to Thailand. We specifically chose a private pool villa expecting privacy, peace, and seclusion, but unfortunately none of these expectations were met. For a property selling private villas, we believe the management should seriously reconsider how privacy is handled and, at minimum, clearly inform guests about construction and any limitations to privacy before arrival.
