Hotel Alsazia

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and are always smiling and willing to help even though we speak English and no Italian. The hotel is extremely clean and there is a good sized lift so you can get your luggage upstairs easily. The room was spotless. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the sheets are crisp and clean. The bathroom is extremely clean too. The hotel has a small car park which is free and allocated on a first come first serve basis. The location is amazing, less than five minutes to the water’s edge where you will find restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away that will take you to the castle for €2, or you can walk it in 35 minutes which is a lovely way to see Sirmione.

There are no negatives about this hotel. The following is just to provide an honest review. The hotel is an older well maintained building so itdoes not have the modern facilities some people may expect. However, this does not interfere with the enjoyment of staying there.

Great location, good variety of food for breakfast . Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . lovely location near to good restaurants and close to the lake

Some people may find it a little dated , but for us , there was nothing that disappointed !!! It suited all our requirements.

Did the job, nice view from balcony and a pool. Really friendly staff and shampoo in the bathroom.

The room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 2:40pm, but we were given a free drink whilst we waited. The TV didn't work and our duvet had no cover on.
