The staff went above and beyond to accomadate our needs. I travelled with my mum whi is nearly 90, has difficulty with stairs and they arranged for our ground floor rooms.

We were made to feel welcome and had a very nice room. We were close to restaurants etc and the bus stop for Oxford. We were able to park outside the house and left the car there in the morning while we explored Oxfird.
Shower was very weak. Communication issue between staff meant that breakfast was cleared away before we got there. Member of staff offered to get breakfast for us but we did not want her to have to do that.

I like how cosy it was, also, the amenities were handy.
The temperature of the shower was really difficult to regulate - it was either freezing cold or boiling hot, the tiling was a bit grotty.
