The heated pool was lovely. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Beds and pillows were very comfy. Well appointed kitchen. The host, Alison, was very friendly and welcoming.
All the stairs!!! No clothes dryer

The staff, the building, and the furniture were all great.
The property was clean but was full of cockroaches (dead and alive. We saw cockroaches on one of the beds and in one of the wardrobes, too.
