Check in with Lydia was brilliant and fast. The room was spotless. Facilities were very good. Breakfast is always amazing!
Check out, again with Lydia (please give her a raise!), was fast.

the location is great for exploring. 15 minutes walk brings your right into the heart of the city, the Arndale Centre and Afflecks Palace.
The breakfast was basic, but delicious and fulfilling
We were a little confused on arriving inside the hotel and didnt realise that the reception was not in the main foyer area. We went in the lift but there was no sign on the buttons in the lift to say that reception was -1. So we went up one floor and then had to ask one of the maids the directions.

I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. I also liked the staff.
I didn't like the set up in the room and also the cleaning done for the next night. Very poor standard of cleaning.
