Location great to visit highlights

The heating and cooling system only works one way. They have just switched from cooling season to heating season. Our first night after a 16 hour flight and long ride from the airport was spent in a room that was 28 degrees Celsius. I kept trying to get it cooler not knowing that the system would not provide cooling

Breakfast was a bit crowded and more fruit would have been nice

The location is great, the rooms are fine and the staff is super nice!

The breakfast was ok, the windows a bit old so you could heat the street very well.

The space of the room was great. The concierge on arrival was fantastic. She gave us a great rundown of how things worked and highlighted things to do. The location to all the sights was great and to public transport. But difficult for Taxi pickup and dropoffs.

Need to be aware there are 2 hotels next door to each other with the same name. The "New one" is an Accor Hotel. The "old one is not". We ended up in the wrong hotel to start with. Also when booking were thought we were comparing the same hotel (we are Accor Members) but we weren't. Very hard for Taxis to pick you up and drop you off as there is no parking out the front of the hotel. Our room had a spa bath that took 3 hours to fill. When we asked if there was a problem we were told no that's just how it is. The spa in the wellness centre only had 3 jets working and the water temperature was cold.
