Super location. Very cozy building. A lot of details, love and care put in the interior.
Also clean and well kept. Mattresses in our room were extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend

Location is convenient. Receptionist is friendly. Rather clean room and bathroom. One thing I would like to be improved is the ventilation in the room. Perfect for a short stay. Bed is really really uncomfortable so I didn't have a good night sleep.

Not too far from railway station. I arrived by ferry but the bus stop was close by. Well equipped kitchen. Lively neighbourhood but not noisy. I had a bed by the window which was good.
I had arranged an early check in because I was arriving by ferry but there was no way to enter. Wasn’t expecting to have to pay for bed linen, or I would have bought my sleeping bag liner with me. Stairs down to the kitchen and shower are precarious

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and shower cabins were incredibly clean and it's nice there was a kitchen we could use.
I didn't like that there's no room to store your suitcase in properly. The lockers were much too small to fit a suitcase into. I would've felt safer with a better way to store luggage in my room. Also, the lighting in our dorm was much too dim!
