Location, self contained, proximity, pool etc perfect for family reunion
We hired unit 109, the assisted bathroom is a disaster, poor drainage, poor water containment and an accident waiting to happen. Needs better configuration and less water spread, not up to standard.
Better shower curtains would be a start and floor levels are incorrect, water flows back to door and basin. FLOODS

Location is great.
Pool is meant to be heated-its freezing, cost of the rooms when you are facing the road is a bit steep.

Close to everything
Don’t book the surf club apartment as the bar courtesy bus picks up from the side street. The people coming out of the bar are generally drunk and very loud.
