We've stayed at the Grange for the past 15 years and always found it very comfortable and its well suited to our needs. The new owners have done quite a bit of work to the grounds which is an improvement.
The inside of the cottages are getting a little bit tired and the cleanliness was lacking in certain areas. The kitchen sink had water marks left all over the taps and the bathroom tap had water marks with a splattering of toothpaste in the main bathroom. The fridge had fingers prints all down the front. Some of the crockery was dirty as well. The attention to detail was lacking this time. My son stayed in one of the rooms the week after our trip and he remarked on the same problems in his room.

Room was clean and had all facilities we needed. We didn't see staff (or need to) the entire time. There was some nice places to eat within walking distance.
Pillows were a bit high and hard.
Sliding door to the bathroom was catching on the screws for the air conditioner remote causing the door to be very noisy when opening during the night.
It was difficult to get a taxi or uber to pick us up from the accommodation.

Great location very close to some of the best wineries, breweries and restaurants. clean and comfortable well appointed room.
Copious amounts of paperwork, regulations do's and don't. No outdoor facilities - no bbq, no fire-pit, no garden, no communal area. Nothing
