Ballarat Central City Motor Inn

The property is well maintained and in a good location

I think because our room was on the ground floor in a corner that the Wifi was unavailable

Check in was easy, rooms were spacious and very clean. But the whole place is over all quite old and dated. Had what you needed for a nights stay but not much else. No heating and cooling in the room I was in. GREAT LOCATION! But over all really clean and we were comfortable. Not very accessible (had to step inside the spa to have a shower and had to walk up a narrow stair case. Not recommended for older folks or those with accessibility needs. There wasn’t mention that some rooms would be upstairs without lifts on the website.

If you’re staying for the pool, DONT. Cold and drab. Plenty of other places nearby with a good indoor pool this was not nice. Small, damp smell and didn’t have an over all clean vibe, just very dated. It also said pool was open from 7:30am-9pm we arrived at 8pm it was already closed and locked. Tried to swim the next morning and it was so cold. Not all tv channels worked.

Nice comfortable place to stay

Good location to CBD, easy walking distance to CBD

No WiFi, no had to buy own toilet paper, dishwashing items as none there and no plug for the sink.
