Location, practicality

i like the breakfast. Lot of choices from western to pinoy.

everything went well. nothing that i dislike.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and it was really perfect most of the time, reception and housekeeping teams are very cheerful, kind and helpful, they helped me with every single thing I needed. Kitchen team also very kind and mindful, they even remembered almost every day that I prefer my coffee with milk without me needing to ask for it. Everyone puts the effort to smile whenever they see you even on heavily busy days. Room service in general is ok, they also remembered my personal preferences, as I stayed for such a long time they always gave me the newest towels and good blankets.

This is not a stablishment problem really, but at night some guests are very noisy. For several nights (at least 3 nights per week) I kept waking up abruptly at midnight 1 am or even 2 am because some people decided to slam their doors or to talk REALLY loudly out in the corridor. Would be great to emphasize (at the check in) a strict ZERO NOISE POLICY AFER 10pm. Again, is not the hotel's fault, some people are just mindless and selfish. But I still think that could be of help to talk to clients about it at the time of check in.

i like that the room was spacious

the shower seemed broken , i tried asjusting it to hot- cold but it was the same.
