Location, view, comfortable facilities, very friendly helpful staff
We were very pleased to be able to book on the first floor to avoid too many stairs.

Clean, well maintained, well equipped, spacious.
Third floor walk up but knew that when booked, so no complaint. No air conditioning in bedroom only fan which was not an issue in October

Very good location with a fantastic view. Good size flat within a 5 minute walk of an excellent pub with delicious food …..check the specials board the menu doesn’t do it justice. Within a short walk we saw pelicans, dolphins and a stingray
Three beds in the second bedroom was too much, it was cluttered and spoilt the spaciousness of the apartment. Some of the furniture was tired, there was a Christmas decoration in the hallway and a bookcase which had tatty old books. What could be a lovely apartment with an amazing view was an ok apartment.
