City Apart Hotel Füssen

We enjoyed staying at this location as it was in the heart of "Old Town". Parking is not possible in a pedestrian zone but there is a public parking lot very close to the hotel. It is an excellent location to stay with lots of restaurants and stores to visit when the primary purpose is to visit the Neuschwanstein Castle. One can choose to drive or take a shuttle to the castle .

The only down side was parking. But the public parking lot is close enough and the hotel provides a discount to park at the A5 lot (if I remember right)

It's great value for money, there's not something that I did not like.

The place looked nice at the first glance, but there were very strange things in the facility. The location is very good.

First the corridor light is a motion sensor which you are not able to deactivate, the light is very bright and if you go to the toilet in the night, the chances to wake your wife is very big, and chances to fall asleep again very slim because you were burst with the light from the corridor. Second the shower was broken and was looking OK, but if you are over 1.75m hardly usable. They want you to clean every kitchen cutlery, cups or dishes that use and return the on exact place, otherwise the fine you 25 euro. Which is fine by me, but they do not provide a cleaning solution, at least in a visible spot, which means that they did not clean the dishes, but also nobody else cleans them properly because they are not able to find a cleaning solution, which is obviously ridiculous.
