Nice staff and clean property. They accommodated us last minute because La Concha was disgusting and we needed to find another place.

Tequila was expensive. We drank shots but felt it was overpriced.

Es nuestra tercera vez quedándonos aquí y nos gusta por lo céntrico que está al malecón y playas…todo el personal muy amable.

El único problema esta vez es que el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua durante la noche…

Amazing breakfast. The staff is very nice and friendly, specially the one at the restaurant area. It was our second time staying here, sadly our last. The location is good, a bit far from the main commercial areas, but still good if you go for a drive to the local beaches.

Cleanliness was a bit disappointing. After going to the beach on our first day, there was naturally sand in the shower, but it was actually never clean again, some towels had yellow stains on different occasions. There were softball teams staying at the same time we did, they were very loud until late night, they would drink and smoke in the pool area (even tho that was supposed to be forbidden), playing loud music, and leaving clothes hanging on the stairs, that was really uncomfortable, we were surprised the staff just let them do whatever they wanted. The walls and door are thin so we could hear them all night long, once until 2 am. The AC is also very loud, can be problematic if you are a light sleeper or have kids. Honestly the price is too high for the quality of rooms and facilities available.
