Aurora City Suites Motel

Great room, clean and added bonus of use of laundry at no extra cost.

I didn't realise the distance from town centre (and not having a bus card) when I booked would make travel a bit harder. Ended up utilising Ubers as too far to walk with luggage.

Streamlined checking in process. Good sized, clean rooms.

Rooms are getting a little dated.

It was great, great communication and accommodation

All good

Easy check-in. Very clean. Updated inside. Loved the easy keypad entry. I liked not needing to bring a key around with me during the day. Kitchenette was good. Very comfy studio. Close to the car park. I could tell you made an effort to make people's stay comfortable.

I couldn't hang the "Do not disturb sign on the door from the inside (it was too wide to close the door behind me while inside) maybe a command hook on the outside of the door to put it on? The heat pump remote batteries were very low, so I could hardly see the settings. I brought some new batteries because I arrived after hours and needed it working, as it was really cold. Double glazing would have helped keep the warm air in and reduce window condensation. A hook on the shower glass would be good for your towel so you don't have to step outside soaking wet to grab the towel when finished.
