The host Johannes, was super friendly and gave us all the good tips to make our stay in Vienna smooth. The apartment in Hegergasse 3 is well-equipped for families. There were toys and board games for kids, info about Vienna, tourist maps, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the neighborhood is great. Many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, tram stop, free parking on weekends. It's the perfect stay in Vienna. 100% recommended.
The bed could have been more comfortable.

The apartment - obere bahngasse 24,was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was also quiet, which made the stay very relaxing. I appreciated the excellent facilities, including the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning.
A small improvement would be to provide shampoo and shower gel, as these amenities are always appreciated by guests.
The written communication could also be clearer. I was asked to register my credit card on an external website before arrival, which I was not comfortable doing and chose not to complete. Fortunately, this did not cause any issues and everything went smoothly during my stay.

It is in an excellent location, very close to the Belvedere Palace, and it's very convenient to take a taxi to nearby attractions
The apartment is very old and there is no elevator. If you have large luggage, moving it will be very tiring. There's no air conditioner, only an electric fan, so it's extremely hot. The apartment is not a self-service check-in. You need to make an appointment with the landlord or the management staff in advance to meet. They will give you the key to the apartment (there is only one key). Be very careful not to lose it...
