Great location. Basic motel room but was clean
Pillows could be updated. And bed covers need updating. But was clean and tidy. Needs abit of color

Very clean property and apartment
Excellent location - amazing view
Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette
Very helpful owners.
Hot water - very low pressure in kitchen and the fourth member ran out of hot water on the second night

We loved the stay at the Peninsula Kaikoura Motel. It was exceptionally clean. 6-stars for cleaning. Quiet location. Good views. Value for money. This will be a Motel we happily return. THANK YOU.

It was relatively inexpensive. It is close to the wharf and a pub. On check in it was made clear that this was a basic room and that we could upgrade.
The room was tucked into the back of the property, and had only the basic facilities. The more expensive rooms were better appointed and located. It was too far from town to walk there.
