We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very kind, attentive and helpful people. When we had an issue with some noisy guests, they responded immediately and resolved the situation very quickly. We really appreciated their care and professionalism. The accommodation was comfortable, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
There was some noise from other guests during our stay, but the hosts handled the situation quickly and professionally, so it did not affect our overall positive experience.

Location, facility itself, how clean it was, decoration, furnitures.
The fact that service of cleaning the room is only between 9:00 and 12:00. That way if you leave the room after noon your room is not cleaned and your used dishes are not washed. Also your towels are not changed unless you deliver everything to the cleaning lady the next day in the morning. In fact I was doing that everyday as we wanted to stay longer in the room than till 11:30, because we were coming back late.
