Good size room Friendly staffs Cute common area, feels homey Good price

No elevator Facilities a bit old and with much wear and tear Mattress is comfortable but duvet smelled bad like clothes not being dried properly

The location is good and place offers complimentary drinks and snacks which is nice. Pet beetle at reception is cool. Jase on reception was super friendly and helpful.

The location was a couple of blocks from the Datong Post Office Bus stop making it convenient to get to and from the Taitung TRA Station. It was also within walking distance to the ocean, Seashore Park, Weekend Night Market and Lihu Mt Trails in the city center. There is a fabulous bakery one block parallel to Taitung Springs (aka Mu Springs). My room was basic but large and comfortable. Netflix is available free of charge and can be set to English. I enjoyed watching a film at the end of a very busy and active day spent outdoors hiking and visiting places of interest.

My room had a window that faced the building wall next door. That was somewhat disappointing but the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only English speaking person at the Front Desk is Jason. Good natured and always smiling, Jason and I talked every time we ran into each other. He was very helpful giving me tips and always made himself available to answer questions.
