We booked the triple rooms that comes with the en suite bathrooms and they were pretty clean and decent! Loved the environment too, it was so quiet at night.
Some cobwebs here and there but nothing that bothered us too much really.

This venue was chosen because of the proximity to Cathedral Caves. McLean Falls were also worth the look. We knew this would be rustic, but the chalet accommodation was fantastic.
The restaurant was great but closes its doors at 6pm. They also make great coffee.

Somewhere safe to stay and good value in a special location
Like an outback caravan park with needed facilities and service
Cosy little room
Maybe water available near the rooms

The room was satisfactory with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Basic tea and coffee provided. A communal kitchen was well equipped. Good position as about half way along the Catlins and on the main road. Good pizzas are available
No TV reception. Outside of the rooms the place looked unkept and neglected. Mess on the verandahs and in the gardens etc. Has so much potential but needs work to improve its appearance
