Comfortable, quiet room with nice shower and easy access to the market square & cathedral
Lack of parking and though continental breakfast was fine it wasn’t made clear in our booking that the cooked breakfast was only available at the weekend

Friendly staff , clean rooms .
Not much , but given its age there’s no lift to the top floors .

Very well located property in the centre of Ripon, lovely staff who were very helpful. Great bar to boot!
Certain rooms have zero hotel Wi-Fi which was frustrating.

Very warm and friendly welcome.
Kitchen closed that night. Recommended tapas bar opposite.
These are not criticisms, just better ifs...
I couldn't get the sash window to stay open.
Very dim room lights apart from bedside lamps. No light over the desk, so not good for work.
