Hotel Exterior too Tatty - needs a revamp / painting. Hotel sign on floor upside down . I walked past the Door #99 several times not recognising the Hotel Front door. I almost walked away thinking Hotel closed down but the lady Julie came out she saw me. I was very happy that she Staff receptionist - was there to meet / greet and receive me - and walk me to my room upstairs.
(No breakfast booked)
Frowzy dirty smell in the front corridor for several days! But was not there the last couple days of my stay - THANK YOU!
FIRE ALARM! went off in morning 11:52am. We the guests all evacuated to outside front door 4x people. A staff caretaker was present to switch off the Alarm and went investigate - but he never came back to tell us the cause or all is CLEAR!
