Loved the family suite and the pool facilities and the sea!
We managed to get a lot of oil on our feet which I feel could have beee avoidable had staff cleared the oil from the beach. This then went in the towels which is a problem for the hotel. Also there is quite a bit of rubbish on the beach which staff could pick up when they see it.

There is a medical clinic at the hotel.
The room was a good size.

There was an unpleasant odor in the hotel elevators and corridors
The reception area and the rooms do not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.
