The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for a hotel apartment.

While they advertise themselves as a hotel rather than simply an apartment, the services I’d expect from a hotel weren’t available. The check-in process had to be done prior to arrival and was very clumsy. (As a matter of fact, you get bombarded with messages from the moment you book.) There is no storage room for luggage, no bathroom you can use prior to check-in or after check-out. Furthermore, in my case, access to the property was completely blocked off on the day of my arrival due to a parade, I had to walk several blocks with luggage and made my way through the crowds. I wish this had been disclosed prior to taking the booking.

The room was very clean, the facilities within the apartment included everything that we required for our stay. The location was very close to the centre of Granada, being a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. There is a wide range of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk, so we could not ask for anything more.

Provision of some information on the coffee machine and capsules / coffee pods provided and a facility to separate rubbish into recycling groups as only a single compartment waste bin.
