Good location, easy access to Havaist, metro, etc. The room was very clean and spacious but more importantly the owner was very kind, helpful and attentive. He treated us with a big smile and helped us out throughout our stay.
Nothing

the location in terms of where abouts in the city is very good as its in the middle of both sets of bars around taksim square, but it is at the bottom of a steep hill which isnt ideal, especially when its dark at night
it is at the bottom of a steep hill which isn't ideal, especially when its dark at night. Man on reception doesnt understand any english so be prepared to use translator on phone.

Room size was good, location is good, staff was helpfull
we did not know that we are assigned a room in two levels underground. We did not have a view of sky and room could not be ventilated well. Going out of room we were greeted with cleaning stuff like canisters of cleaning chemicals and liquid soaps, and used and unused mops, a pile of used bed sheets etc.
