The property in front of "playa del amor". And the only staff member that was working was very friendly

Firstly, the room was infested with mosquitoes and some spiders. While the presence of insects is common in certain areas, the number at this property was excessive. To put it into perspective, one night we could no longer tolerate it and decided to try our luck at another hotel. At the alternative hotel, not only did they provide an insect repellent device as part of the standard amenities, but even before using it, the room had significantly fewer mosquitoes compared to the one in this hotel, where they were visibly flying all around upon entering. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. We stayed for four nights, and at no point was our room cleaned during the day. This lack of housekeeping made the stay feel even less comfortable.
