Hotel She, Osaka

Staff - friendly - helpful/ accommodating Room -Each room has a record player - pillows are very comfy (plump and firm) -room temp was always perfect -waters in the fridge were partially frozen, almost like a slushie which I thought was pretty cool. Breakfast -4 different breads to choose from -light but filling - soup was my favorite - salad with various toppings and dressing to choose from Overall - vibe was super chill - loved the outdoor/indoor seating inside the hotel - they have a wall for pop up artist/ shops

Bathroom - bathroom door only opened ⅔ of the way - toilet paper is almost transparent thin - bath towels are thin. - towels smell heavily of strong cleaner(maybe bleach). Breakfast - you eat in the lounge so seating can be limited tending how many guests eat at the same time as you - small "buffet table". only 2 guests at a time can really look and pick from the breakfast spread Room - The rim around our shower/tub was dirty.

The property was clean, had a paid breakfast available and was close to transportation.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The rooms are small compared to American standards but we had plenty of space.

Loved that it was few minutes walk to Bentencho station & basically most of what I wanted were close by. Very easy to navigate & staff were so lovely too. I’ll be staying here now whenever I’m in Osaka

It was a shame that my allergies didn’t allow indulge in the free snacks but from what I saw with other guests they seemed to enjoy it so much.

Comfortable beds and good facilities

Staff were not welcoming, rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to traffic especially motor bikes
