We loved how comfortable the furniture was including the sofa and all the beds. The host was extremely supportive around any questions before and during our stay. He was very easy to contact so made any questions we had simple. Though we booked the b and b to attend a festival it is super near the zoo so will be returning if I ever have a zoo trip. Everything including the bathrooms was spotless. The welcome drink was a lovely touch as were the guides around the house which helped us navigate the heating and the shower. Outside area looked lovely but weather wasn’t good enough to be outside.

There is nothing to dislike about the property. Future suggestions would just be to loosen the gate as it’s hard to get in and to make the tvs more accessible for other platforms and shows.

Very clean well maintained with all amenities and in an excellent location for the zoo, Cheshire Oaks and Chester, with local shops in walking distance. Host messaged daily to check everything was alright in the property.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable with everything you need for a get a way. Close to Chester Town and perfect for Chester Zoo which is 3 minutes away by car.

Nothing

Lovely cottage 3 min drive to the zoo, good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The cottage itself was big and plenty of space. Host was welcoming and informative 😊 Shame we couldn't stay for another night as 1 wasn't enough.
