Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Matsuyama. From the very beginning, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including picking us up and dropping us off right at the ferry port on our departure day.
The ryokan was immaculate, beautiful, and full of character, with really interesting spaces decorated with wonderful antiques and traditional details. We would return in a heartbeat!

A lovely old ryokan, on which the owner has obviously spent a lot of time and attention. Very helpful - picked us up from the station and took us to the ferry terminal when we left. Lovely to stay somewhere off the main tourist route and only sorry we were only there for one night.
