Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire Jan-Luc! Serviable, toujours présent pour aider et donner des conseils. Facilite même l’accès à l’eau en offrant la livraison de grande bouteille d’eau directement à la porte. L’appartement est très bien avec un superbe balcon énorme! Parfait pour se reposer et prendre le temps de planifier le reste du voyage. L’emplacement dans un petit quartier est bien situé, mais il faut être prêt à marcher pour atteindre les appartements supérieurs, pour le prix, c’est parfait comme camp de base pour San Juan del Sur.
Il a fait très très chaud la semaine où nous étions là et c’était encore plus chaud dans l’appartement! Mais je crois que c’était pareil partout, c’est normal au Nicaragua!

Die Terrasse mit dem Sofa und der Hängematte war super! Die Aussicht vom Barbecueplatz war grandios! Wasserkocher, gr.Kühlschrank, warme Dusche, top!

Lush tropical like gardens in a great location away from center but 10 minute walk into town. Large living space with a nice balcony to sit out on . Full kitchen with large fridge, oven etc. Nice breezes come into place even though no a/c it's quite comfortable with fans. Great wifi.I really liked the place and will stay again.
With only one housekeeper who works very hard in all of the suite turnovers, she has no time for " deep cleaning".
I stayed in 2 sep. Suites and in both I had to clean off cobwebs and dust from furniture/ pictures. I had to wash all the windows to see through the grime. The pillows and bed pad are stained and need a wash. I picked up a bag of garbage from the gardens because i couldnt stand seeing plastic bottles etc. In a beautiful garden. So, I know it's not a 5* place, but really, these are basic cleaning things that she probably doesn't have time for.But, if you are willing to overlook these and need a cheap cool place , this is for you.I stayed in Amistad1 and 2.

It definitely could be a bit cleaner overall, I think a deep clean may be in order, but it was a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely go back! No one’s fault but be aware of the ants with food also
