Dara Old City Hotel

The location is amazing, close to everything, in the heart of old city. The staff is very friendly as well, the transfer to the airport was great too. The terrace is amazing.

The only thing is that the breakfast starts too late, from 8-10, so on our last day we couldn’t have breakfast because we had to leave early to the airport. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Great terrace and roof top restaurant. Well located. We had a really easy and enjoyable couple of days.

Roof top restaurant is very over-priced. Stunning view … but if you’ve just arrived do work out the exchange rates!!

Beautiful pool and scenic spot. On site small restaurant with delicious home cooked food.

If you did want to go out for food, not that much super close by but fab location for a retreat in peace!

Great location! A short walk to many attractions. There is a direct shuttle bus from Istanbul Airport.

Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There was a lot of dust everywhere, and there was mold in the bathroom. The bedsheets had definitely seen better days, and some of the towels were ripped. Our room was also supposed to have a hair dryer, but there wasn’t one. When I asked the staff about it, I was promised that one would be provided the next day. However, no one followed up. I eventually approached the receptionist myself, but he said he didn’t know anything about it and told me to wait for another receptionist who had previously promised to bring one. Unfortunately, this was never resolved. The room had no windows and very poor ventilation. There was an old air conditioner that made very strange and loud noises when running, making it difficult to sleep with it on. However, without the air conditioner, there was hardly any fresh air in the room.
