Good location, friendly and helpful staff, the included breakfast.

Overall the staffs are nice and friendly. Location is perfect with easy access to restaurants, u-bike and self-cleaning shops.
Just that the facilities are a bit old might need upgrading.

Location to Taimall is plus espically for a day or two stopover or maybe longer stay. It is so convenient for food and shopping amenities. Also your staff are helpful. We find Taiwanese people very friendly, helpful and approachable generally.

Location is near TaiMall.
The service of hotel counter staff is unprofessional, the attitude is not good, and the hotel is short of manpower.
