Cenneys Gateway - Pride of Salem

It’s centrally Located and the Food was excellent

Good value for money, very helpful and customer oriented employees.

Property and the location. Staff.

I liked the hospitality of the staff; they were really on their toes and very prompt. The Hotel looks grand from the outside, and the location is great too. But maintenance of the place is required to make this a really 4-star-rated hotel.

The breakfast was not a 4-star spread that they actually mentioned. Breakfast timing was from 7:30 am but when we went for breakfast around 7:45, they were still arranging it, and it was only ready by 8-ish. But the spread of items was nowhere close to 4 Star hotel. The cleanliness of the room was something I worried about; there was hair in every corner. Even the restaurant looked old, with stains everywhere. I hope they really make this a 4-Star type.
