Great location. Close to two underground stations, shops, restaurants and Hyde park.
Too many stairs and no lift.

The apartment is well situated near a major road in central London. The reception staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff were awesome. It is a nice location.
I only did not like being put in the basement on my first night. But this was resolved and I was moved to a higher floor. Over all I had a nice stay.

Position
too many steps no elevators in the building it was a struggle they should inform you before you book 100% that you have to climb 84 steep steps with your 20+kg luggage very poor form to be honest, or put elevators in the building
