Azure Sapa Hotel

Amazing value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and delightful. The owners are charming and know how to provide excellent service. We even booked our next stay for when we are back in Hanoi before we had even checked out.

Very pleasant stay and excellent value for money. The location is perfect, right in the center of Sapa. The hotel is not new or luxurious and the building has a few years behind it, but it is welcoming, clean and absolutely fair for the price. We stayed for one night and everything was perfectly fine. The real highlight, however, was Alice. She was simply exceptional. From the moment we booked, she took care of everything. She arranged a private transfer from Lao Cai to Sapa for about half the price we had found online. She also booked our sleeping bus tickets and helped us with every single detail of our trip. She stored our luggage, helped us with an early check-out without any problem, and was always kind, efficient and incredibly helpful. Alice’s kindness was truly outstanding. She made the whole experience special. If our stay was a 10/10, a huge part of that was because of her. She is the kind of person who really makes a difference, and we will remember her with great pleasure.

Property’s location is near sapa center

The location is Perfect The view during breakfast is fantastic. The selection of breakfast is varied. Vanh at reception was SO HELPFUL and she booked a bus for me to Cat ba. I was staying in mixed dorms - the room were ok And the bathroom pretty clean with a lot of shower cabin and toilet cubicle (open on top - not a lot of privacy but ok because not a lot of people using it) Also 2 toilets next to the reception

• The wifi was not working at all and they were aware of the issue were not in the hurry to fix it (3 days there with no wifi) • The staff at breakfast didn't care about allergens or food restrictions. I couldn't eat pork, I ask twice a girl about what was inside a kind of dumpling - she said "Yes yes no pork". I had a doubt after my first bite and asked the chef and he told me "pork"directly. She didn't even apologize or bother to ask before confirming. •The keyCard keep deactivating even when if you don't put it behind the phone or money (that's create issues). Pretty annoying especially when you just get out of the shower with all your stuff and you need to get back to the reception to make it works again.
