Room was clean and the location is great. There is a grocery shop very close to the hotel and good transport links.

We had an excellent stay in Paris! From check-in to check-out, we were welcomed with great warmth, kindness, and professionalism. A very special thank you to Kahina and Boby for their exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to help throughout our stay. They made us feel truly welcome and helped make our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to return!

the staff at the reception was very cordial 'and patient with the guests although charged of extra duties since the number of clients was too much to speed up all activities alone in order to meet the various needs of the guests

the matress too soft. I Can understand matresses to be soft , but too soft... Anyway , no problems . Unfotunatly I can't take mine. with me..... The long waiting time for check in , but as said ....reduction of personnel at the reception and restaurant ,all this reflects the consequent delay of leaving the rooms , in order to get them ready for the new arrivals, (considering also the carelessness of many guests to leave the rooms in time.) As others Ibis do, 11,00 should be the right time to be given to leave the room . (Penalty 20Euro for obstruction to the hotel staff's duties. This is my idea)
