That it had only 1 bed,needed 2 beds

Didn’t try the breakfast, it was very busy and ran out but smelt wonderful. Tea, coffee and water are available all day long too in the lobby. Lots of cafes nearby to have a walk to if needed. Location is perfect, 5-15 min walk to everything and I didn’t find it overly noisy either. Shake Shack is on the corner right next to the hotel, a target 10 mins walk in either direction. Broadway shows and Times Square a quick walk too. I was in and out of the hotel all day, got to see so much. The bed was really comfortable, struggled getting out of it in the mornings haha. Shower was okay, water pressure wasn’t amazing (still done the job) but I was on the 5th floor so that’d probably explain it. Staff were friendly and always welcomed me when I walked in the door. They also held my luggage for free before check-in and when I checked out, saved me having to drag it around the city. I booked this property when I arrived in NY and didn’t regret it one bit. Uber shuttle transfer was only an 8 min walk too to catch back to Newark so that was handy!

Either the window wouldn’t open or I couldn’t get it open. Would have been nice to have fresh air. Other than that, it was brilliant

The baby crib was not set - we got the basic crib packed in the cover to assemble it by ourselves. No mattress, no bed linen. Also we were waiting long time to be check-in.
