We required a room change due to shower accessibility and this was facilitated right away .

Second time staying here and we love it. The beds are so comfortable, the location is prime! And staff are so friendly

Hotel front desk and rooms were great.
The roof top/bar experience diminished the value of my stay.
The roof top bar staff customer service was awful. To get anything I had to go to the counter to order as the waitresses and waiter were chit chatting the entire time among themselves, never caring for checking on the needs of the customers.
One of the worse bar services I had in my entire European trip. The young staff needs to learn some customer service, politeness and professionalism. Very disappointing experience for such a nice hotel.

Roof bar, excellent location.
Bugs in the lamp. Almost none of the amenities offered were available. Bath didn’t fill up properly.
