Hotel Smeraldo

We have been wanting to stay at Hotel Smeraldo for years and finally got the opportunity to. Our room had the most amazing views overlooking the sea and Positano. We enjoyed several meals at their restaurant and their food our favorite of our entire trip! But by far the best part of our stay was the kind staff - Georgio, Sanju and Pasqualino and his beautiful family made our stay so special and something we will never forget. Thank you all for everything 🩷. We will definitely be back. Love, Robin and Jeanne.

Hard to get around to activities, limited taxis, both buses over crowded. Breakfast was very good but if you stay for more than a few days it would have been nice to swap up egg styles, meats etc. Lunch and dinner same menu. Had a big pizza oven but did not use it. Would have been nice to offer lighter lunch menu like pizza, panini etc.

One of the best views we've ever seen. A stunningly beautiful terrace looking out onto the ocean. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, great food and drinks, and located in a fab area a short bus ride from Positano and the business. Big thanks to Giorgio and the whole family team ❤️❤️❤️❤️
