Hotel The Neufchatel

The staff at the hotel were amazing. Everyone I meet there was very helpful and friendly and the bonus was that they all spoke very good English. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the bus services, supermarkets and restaurants so very convienient.

The only downside was that there was no air-conditioning in the room, but I was there during an unseasonal heatwave. However, the thick walls of the building did mean it was still relatively cool compared with outside, so not a big problem.

The location is really convinient. The breakfast is awesome. The place is perfecct and in the city central.

The washroom gets clogged if we take shower with a little bit gap between the showroom door. Thede is no draian near the closet which keeps the water clogged until moppeed.

Friendly staff, clean room, great shower, great location.

Mattress was too soft for my preference. Room was slightly lacking in natural light.

Well located next to a tram. Good value. Pleasant staff.

The wall to the ‘hall’ was paper thin and could hear everything, including the lift going up and down and neighbours having extremely loud calls (could hear both sides of the conversation) for long periods of time. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room was extremely dark (which was good for sleep ins but needed lights on even on sunny days). The curtains were broken so couldn’t fully open or fully close.
