Great choice for breakfast, size of the room. Excellent spa; the indoor pool is very relaxing. My husband is disabled, and we were offered an appropriate room to accommodate his wheelchair, and also the bathroom was suitable for disabled guests.

Przepyszne śniadania, duży wybór, 10/10. Lokalizacja dobra, aczkolwiek wymaga albo spaceru około 15min do stacji metra albo jazdy autobusem do metra. Bardzo miła obsługa, wygodne łóżka.

The facilities were perfect, the relax zone was great, so was the swimming pool. Very nice and spacious restaurant area with good food. Staff was kind and understanding, which is a plus.

Cleanliness has some room for improvement. When I entered the room, I could tell that vacuuming was not done properly, which was a pity. However, upon feedback, staff reacted swiftly.

Restaurant and lobby architecture as well as the garden with the fountain (which is also what I see from the balcony) look really nice. The regular menu is good. The breakfast is decent.

Nine turtles live in the small fountain which doesn't look very healthy for them. Bathroom and toilet are not separated from the rest of the room by capital walls: bathroom is only separated by a curtain, shower has only a frosted glass wall, toilet and shower are also only separated by a frosted glass. Huge number of light switches that I had to guess which one does what, so in the night I couldn't switch the lights on just for the toilet because of the risk to accidentally turn on the global illumination and wake up my spouse. The water in the pool is not as warm - not comfortable to get in. No bathrobes provided in the room which made the visit to the pool even less comfortable. No mosquito net on the balcony door - flies, mosquitos, etc. got in. Some equipment needs maintenance: the TV is tilted, as well as the toilet door - which is why it is very loud to close. And even though the toilet is equipped with washbasin, it had no soap dispenser which made it rather pointless.
