Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, good parking, staff were lovely, good stay for the price, water pressure was good in the shower and had what we needed to cook.

It was very basic but comfortable and for the price I thought it was fine. Location was very handy to Newmarket and inner city.

Location and very tidy. The shower was great.

The location was excellent as you were on a bus route into the city and near the train station. It was close to a few 'cheaper' eats which was good and very quiet. Great air conditioner kept us cool. Excellent shower.
The room was too small and lacked enough kitchen facilities to make any meals. The room was not serviced each day.
