Friendly staff, lovely bar overlooking the bay.
The dinner experience. Our booking could not be found easily, we were given hard backed chairs even though there were plenty of more comfortable ones, the 'medium' oysters for R49 each were small and the manager admitted as much, the starters took 50 minutes to arrive, the waiter gave a hard sell for a special bottle of chenin blanc but could not remember the price - it was far higher than any other on the wine list.

Location..staff..restuarant.
DSTV remote was faulty
Building repairs underway with an angle grinder in the room next door - so we were moved to another room.
The next room had a faulty shower/basin plumbing issue
But...the staff were very responsive and courteous..and went the extra mile..so hats off to them.
